Television Companies Have Agreed on Complementing with 48 Sub-transmitters

The addition of 48 sub-transmitters will enhance the coverage of the terrestrial network. In order to receive digital broadcasts, households in such areas must redirect their antenna towards the new digital sub-transmitter station.

If the reception of digital television broadcasts is not probable from the direction of the main station, it is recommended to direct the antenna towards the sub-transmitter.

The antenna must be UHF compatible, that is, it must cover channels 21–69. Often even a slightest change in the direction, height or location of the antenna results into a better image if the antenna is in good condition and properly installed.
